All Ticket Sales Are Final.
By purchasing a ticket to the Celtic Winter Faire, you acknowledge and agree that:

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstance, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or weather-related issues.

In the rare case of event cancellation or postponement, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the event organizers. If a refund is granted, it will apply only to the face value of the ticket and will not include any service, handling, or processing fees.

Tickets are transferable, and if you cannot attend, you may give your ticket to another guest.
Merchandise
Orders and Fulfillment
All physical goods purchased through the Celtic Winter Faire online store are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Products are typically made to order and shipped from facilities around the world.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of custom, print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged

There was a manufacturer defect
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at ops@faefestivals.com, and include:

Your order number

Photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem
If the error is confirmed to be ours or our fulfillment provider’s, we will offer a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.
We Cannot Offer Refunds or Exchanges If:

The order was placed with incorrect information (e.g. wrong shipping address or size selection)

You changed your mind after receiving the item (“buyer’s remorse”)

The item does not fit due to wrong size selection (please consult sizing charts before ordering)

The item was returned without contacting us first

More than 30 days have passed since delivery
Additional Notes

Mislabelled or Defective Products: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Customs and Duties: International orders may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase total.

Return Address: Returns are directed to our print partner’s facility. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.
