Celtic Winter Faire – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or participating in the Celtic Winter Faire (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all guests, participants, staff, volunteers, vendors, and performers at the Event.
1. General Terms
Event Organizer: The Celtic Winter Faire is organized by FAE Festivals LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Event Location & Dates: The Event is held at John Prince Park, Palm Beach County, Florida, on the scheduled dates published at faefestivals.com. Dates and programming are subject to change.
Agreement to Terms: By entering the Event grounds, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including all posted rules and signage. These Terms also include our Return & Refund Policy and Event Policies outlined below.
2. Ticketing and Entry
No Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstance, including inclement weather, illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
If the Event is cancelled or postponed, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, offer refunds equal to the face value of the ticket.
Transferability:
Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give your ticket to someone else.
Search and Consent:
All attendees are subject to search upon entry. By entering, you consent to being searched for prohibited items, including:
Outside food or drinks (see exceptions below)
Outside alcoholic beverages
Prohibited weapons or dangerous objects
Identification Requirements for Alcohol:
All guests consuming or sampling alcohol must present valid, non-expired government-issued photo identification. Accepted IDs include:
U.S. state-issued driver’s license or ID card
U.S. passport
U.S. military ID
Foreign driver’s licenses are not accepted.
Outside Food & Beverages:
Outside food and drink are not permitted. Exceptions are made for:
Individuals with documented medical dietary needs or food allergies
Infants and babies
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on Event grounds. Service animals are welcome.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk:
Attending a public event involves certain inherent risks, including injury, illness (including communicable diseases such as COVID-19), and property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability:
You agree to waive, release, and discharge FAE Festivals LLC, Celtic Winter Faire, Corsair’s Wares International LLC, Palm Beach County, and all affiliated officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims arising out of your participation or attendance, including personal injury, illness, property loss, or death.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or liabilities arising from your attendance at the Event.
Medical Treatment:
In the event of injury or medical emergency, you consent to receive medical treatment. You are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
4. Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending the Event, you grant the organizers the irrevocable right to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in photographs, video, audio recordings, and any other media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation or further consent.
5. Conduct and Safety
We reserve the right to remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior without refund. This includes, but is not limited to:
Intoxication or disorderly conduct
Harassment of other guests, performers, or staff
Tampering with Event infrastructure or property
6. Accessibility
Accessibility is a core value of the Celtic Winter Faire. From the outset, our site selection and planning have prioritized inclusive access. Features include:
Paved pathways to 100% of booths and activity areas
Accessible restrooms and facilities
Priority access options for guests with mobility needs

7. Merchandise Orders and Return Policy
Order Fulfillment
Products purchased online (including apparel, prints, and merchandise) are fulfilled by our print-on-demand provider. Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 business days, with shipping times estimated as:
USA: 3–4 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Tracking will be provided upon shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:
Wrong item received
Damaged item
Manufacturer defect
To report an issue, contact ops@faefestivals.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the product
A description of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items returned without prior contact
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Buyer’s remorse or wrong size/color selection
Sealed health-related items (e.g. face masks)
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Lost-in-transit orders must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Shipping address errors are the responsibility of the buyer. For help, email ops@faefestivals.com
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and imagery associated with the Celtic Winter Faire is the intellectual property of FAE Festivals LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
